2. YOUR ACCOUNT AND INFORMATION

For personalised products, minor variations in colour, positioning, print size and finish may occur between the digital artwork shown on screen and the finished physical product.

4. PERSONALISED & CUSTOM-PRINTED PRODUCTS

Many 3UPNET products are produced specifically for each customer.

You are responsible for checking all information supplied for personalisation, including:

• Logos

• Artwork

• Text

• Names

• Telephone numbers

• Website addresses

• Email addresses

• Colours

• Sizes

• Quantities

• Product specifications

Where we provide an artwork proof for approval, production may not begin until you approve the artwork.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks or other material supplied to us can legally be reproduced. By supplying such material, you confirm that you own it or have permission from the relevant rights holder to use and reproduce it.

5. ARTWORK APPROVAL

Where an artwork proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to check it carefully before approval.

Approval confirms that you have checked and accepted the design, spelling, contact information, positioning and other details shown on the proof.

3UPNET Ltd will not normally be responsible for errors contained in artwork that has been approved by the customer, except where required by law.

Colours displayed on a computer or mobile device are not guaranteed to exactly match printed colours.

6. ORDERS

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance of the order or commence production, whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable

• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error

• We are unable to obtain payment

• Supplied artwork cannot reasonably be reproduced

• We reasonably believe supplied material infringes third-party rights

• The order breaches these Terms

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no products have been supplied, we will refund the relevant amount where applicable.

7. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on our website in pounds sterling (£).

VAT will be applied where applicable and will be shown during checkout or on the relevant invoice.

Delivery charges and any additional customisation charges will be displayed or communicated before the order is confirmed where applicable.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without notice. However, changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website unless we have agreed separate credit terms with you.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Standard, non-personalised products may be eligible for cancellation, return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

Personalised, bespoke or custom-printed products are generally not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you change your mind once production has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact 3UPNET as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and photographs where appropriate.

9. DELIVERY

Delivery dates and production times provided by 3UPNET are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe.

Delays can occasionally occur due to production issues, stock availability, couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is accurate.
